Have Fork, Will Travel

So we stayed at @thecitizenhotelsacramento on Saturday and used their valet service to park the car. They retrieved the car on Sunday, we loaded the luggage in the trunk, and came home. Imagine our surprise when we saw the car from the front as we unloaded the car. The valet service, either parking on Saturday or retrieving the car on Sunday, had managed to put a deep dent in the left fender. By the shape it would appear to be from a pole. It bent the fender enough that it chipped the edge of the driver side door. We immediately called, and hubby spoke with the valet supervisor, got the contact info for the manager, and gave them his info.

@windsymphonyofclovis rehearsal tonight. The season is starting up. 🤓🎶

Weekend brunch tart of potatoes, tomatoes, and cheese. Easy peasy and tasty.

Just got a copy of Balaboosta by @chefeinat. So excited to work my way through it! The red velvet gnocchi and the banana date lime smoothie look amazing.

Lunchtime on the weekend, so we’re trying @thebackyardsocialclub. Easy parking during the day, and the outside area has a lot of tables on the grass. This will be a fun spot to hang out when the weather is cooler.

Time for another Tale of Two Dinners. One night, a spicy mixture of roasted veggies (carrots, onion, peppers, baby broccoli, and potato) with pork. Another night, curried shrimp and rice. I really loved the saffron and curry, and the pistachios really kicked it over the top. What do you think?
