Fun time today at @incineratibrewing’s July bash. @allelitehomes @papichurrofresno @coast2coastpizzaclovis @cravecookie Pizza & beer -always a great combo. Come on by @incineratibrewing today for their All American Birthday Bash! There is a kids area, @coast2coastpizzaclovis, @cravecookie, @papichurrofresno, root beetle floats, and beer! Here are the last of the smoked ribs for dinner last night. I was sad until I realized that we have a long weekend to make more! The way to reheat them is 300F for about 15-20 minutes. Monitor them halfway through to make sure they aren’t drying out. The garlic chive potatoes and sauerkraut went perfectly on a hot summer night. I used almost a full bulb of @thechristopherranch garlic in the potatoes. If you peel and cook the garlic cloves whole with the potatoes, then mash, you get a wonderful soft garlic flavor. Don’t forget the butter and cream. 😋 Tamale time! I like changing up flavors from “what’s expected”. These are no different. They are filled with BBQ brisket and cheese, and topped with a spicy green sauce. Street corn and beans round out the meal. By using an @instantpotofficial the cooking time is only 30 minutes! Feeling fancy with samosas, steamed rice, and miso rainbow chard and chickpeas.
