Leftovers are a way of life, especially around the holidays. As much as I love turkey soup and sandwiches, sometimes you want to change up the meal for something different. For our Thanksgiving encore dishes we took a few of the traditional things that you would likely have a cup or two left over, gave them a small spin, and repurposed to make a completely new meal.
