A Little About Myself
I am an office manager at a university by day, a home cook/baker at night, a part-time anthropology undergrad, and a food groupie every waking moment. Food is a full contact sport in my family, and we love to talk about it every chance we get (what to eat, where to find it, what do we want to fix next). I have a few other interests like playing contrabass clarinet with the Wind Symphony of Clovis, crafting, collecting cookbooks, and meeting as many chefs and cooks as I can. I will talk about food with anyone, anytime.
I really love food of all types and styles, and will try almost dish at least once. If something sounds good, I will search for a recipe to make it for myself. I suppose that is why I have such a large cookbook library (1200+ and growing).
